Rough Week and Thoughts for the Weekend
It’s been one hell of a rough week. I dealt with more crap in one week than a toilet does in it’s lifetime.
Here are just some random thoughts for the weekend that maybe you can relate to or make use of.
- It never gets easier and that’s the biggest irony to success. You will find that business becomes harder, relationships and projects become more difficult to maintain and the things that you didn’t see before, you see now (and it’s not something that puts a smile on your face).
- We’re affiliates and we’re powerless at the bottom of the affiliate marketing chain. Regardless of what anyway says, the advertisers control it all, the networks control some aspects and the affiliates take what is given to them even if it’s a plate of bullshit. In most cases we have to.
- No transparency. This is one of the worst things about affiliate marketing. Advertisers can do whatever they want because they hide behind the fog. This can be said about networks as well.
Leave this week behind. Block out the noisy things distracting you from making money. Monday is a new week, now all we can do is hope that it’s better.
